Roles and Responsibilities
When you join our team, you will work with either our Supported Living or our Residential and/or Domiciliary Care division. Covering all areas of the UK, our team strives to help our Service Users to live independently and to achieve a better standard of day-to-day living.
From participating in recreational activities with our service users to working alongside healthcare professionals at the heart of the sector itself, your role within our company will be a diverse one, focused on creating meaningful relationships with service users and supporting their personal betterment.
Experience
No prior experience is required to work with us – as a company, we focus on employing and training enthusiastic, dependable, and passionate individuals who are looking for their first foot in the care sector. RJSC implement a robust approach to compliances and implement this by regular environmental audits undertaken by our governance and quality assurance team. We follow all Quality and Assurances under the Francis Report which is the national structure and systems designed to assure the quality of care delivered. The following quality compliances and Safer Recruitment Practices are also implemented; -
