Stepping Stones Training Academy

At RedJacket Specialist Care, we believe that delivering exceptional home care services UK starts with a well-trained, confident, and dedicated team. That’s why we are starting the Stepping Stones Training Academy in March 2025 which is located in Salisbury to provide high-quality care provision training.
This will be the foundation of the development of academy staff which will ensure that each caregiver is equipped with the latest knowledge, skills and person centered care techniques. Our goal is to construct a culture of continuous learning, which allows our team to be ahead in the best practices which will further advance their career.
Comprehensive Learning & Development Programmes
Our training is designed in line with the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014, ensuring compliance with key industry standards. We provide:

- Further Learning & Qualifications – Opportunities to gain Diplomas/Certificates in Health and Social Care and other nationally recognised certifications.
- Leadership Training – Specialised programmes to develop strong leadership skills in managers and senior staff.
- Statutory & Mandatory Training – A 20-course package aligned with the NHS training framework to meet industry requirements.
- Bespoke Staff Training – Customised training to support complex care needs, including mental health and specialist services.
- Regular Appraisals & Development Reviews – Ongoing assessment to ensure career growth and continued professional development.
- Medication Training – Pharmacist-led training with certified mentors, assessors, and auditors to ensure safe and effective medication management.
